Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Cost: $12.95 USD

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Adventure-Ready Guarantee ensures you can shop with confidence. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sleeping Bags (unless defective), Stoves & Grills showing signs of use, final sale/clearance items

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number visible on the outside. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll email confirmation when completed.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Information

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We cover standard shipping costs for replacement items
  • For size/color exchanges, include your preference in your return request

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
